It is highly recommended that all customers take
the time in carefully reading
the full terms and conditions of
Wicked Windows Mobile Window Tinting
prior to using our services.
All window tint fitted to windows needs a minimum of 14 days to cure and aherd to the glass. Once then, if you have any issues, do not hesitate to contact us at info@wickedwindows.com.au.
A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to your account for every week or part thereof payment is received late for up to 2 weeks. If payment is received late after 2 weeks, a late fee of $100.00 will be applied to your account for every week or part thereof payment is received late for up to 4 weeks. If payment is not received after 4 weeks, Wicked Windows Mobile Window Tinting will commence legal action to collect ALL outstanding monies owed at your expense.
- Make sure you obtain the correct permission from Building and Body corps prior to having your vehicle tinted at your workplace. Wicked Windows Mobile Window Tinting will not proceed with out this.
- Wicked Windows Mobile Window Tinting will only warrant film and workmanship supplied and fitted by Wicked Windows Mobile Window Tinting.
Wicked Windows Mobile Window Tinting or any person associated within the company is neither liable nor responsible for glass breakages or cracking as a result of tint being fitted to previously damage glass from things such as stone chips. Customers will be notified prior to tint fitment and then if chosen to continue with the job, it is then the customer’s full responsibility for such problems arising.
All warranties issued by Wicked Windows Mobile Window Tinting does not cover film damages caused by glass failure, glass breakage, defective glass fitment or leaking glass; film which has been subject to mistreatment, abuse, improper care or excessive heat; film to which stickers, suction caps or similar are attached and it does not cover any consequential loss however caused, all guaranteed implied by statute which can be excluded are excluded.
